• Accessories should be handled and maintained with care to preserve quality and longevity.

To maintain product quality, customers are advised to:

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, water, sweat, lotions, and moisture.

• Store products in a dry place after use.

• Handle products carefully to avoid damage or discoloration.

Roma's Treasures shall not be responsible for damage caused due to improper handling, storage, or usage after delivery.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are processed only after successful payment verification through our secure online payment gateway.

• Roma's Treasures reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

  • Product unavailability or out-of-stock situations

In case of cancellation by us after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Currently, products are sold and delivered only within India.

5. No Return / No Exchange Policy

All sales made through Roma's Treasures are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Customers are requested to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product:

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

• The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • The damaged or defective item

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement consideration.

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at romaupaharam@gmail.com.

After verification, Roma's Treasures reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject the claim at its sole discretion

• Offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable
